The Hunters:
▫ But besides the ground, their body parts go right through all other things. Including clothes, which is why they're always in the same outfit. True, they can take it off; but then they'd have nothing else to wear, excluding the other hunters' clothes, which they sometimes swap and steal.
▫ Since they can't touch humanly objects excluding the tainted ones and the ground, they can't touch the tainted one's clothes either, remember. That's why they're stuck in the same outfit.
▫ Whoever the closest hunter is to the tainted one who gets physically hurt, they feel it too. And if the tainted dies of a natural cause or by anything not a hunter, then all hunters within contact of that tainted one will suffer eternally (their body'll turn to dust and their soul will be punished in hell for the rest of forever).
▫ They go through everything, including trees. Only soils and clays can withhold them. That's why they don't rustle the grass when they walk, or crunch dead leaves.
▫ They have no shadow, they are shadows. They're naturally aloof creatures that Fade on instinct when someone strikes.[/ul][/blockquote]

[/size] Because they are not affected by wind or air or other nature objects, when they go into water they cannot swim, they merely walk on the bottom as if there is not water at all. They can't even feel the water swishing around them, and their hair and clothes are unaffected by the currents. However, they are still touched by earth objects, like the ground (they do not fall through it, obviously), so it is possible for them to trip on rocks and pebbles and the like.
• Where did they come from? They are dead, and were sent here to be punished. Their creation is unknown even by themselves; they simply cannot remember never existing just as one does not remember being inside their mother. However, they tend to consider themselves from hell.
• Why are they here? Mainly to be punished for the crimes that they only sometimes remember; and some believe that they are just for the entertainment of the gods.
• Do they have powers? Slightly. They can do what is called Fading, and they also have the ability to see people's auras (and subconsciously feed off them, making the hunter stronger and the fed off weaker and cold). They're only slightly more swifter then the average person, but only because wind and the thickness of molecules don't effect them. Also, they can't eat, drink, sleep, use the toilet, age, breathe, or touch anything in the world or be effected by anything except the tainted ones. Other people just go through them, and they can't see them whether or not they're Fading. Sometimes when a hunter's really angry or sad, though, he/she'll create a cold spot where they are. Those are the spots that people pass through and shiver for reasons beyond them. Plus they can sense other hunters, even when the hunter's are Fading. It's just an instinct.
• What's Fading? Blending into the background; basically becoming invisible. Sometimes they Fade, and then move incredibly swift and Unfade, so it look like they'll teleporting. Also, when they're in Fade mode, they can still be touched. They're just unseen, that's all. Better still: they can Fade someone with them (but only a tainted one or another hunter) but it takes a bit more energy and concentration.
• How do they Fade? They have to empty their minds and believe that they can't be seen; that's the trouble with making tainted ones Fade with them: sometimes they don't believe.
• Do they have any other instincts? Yes, they do. It's instinct to want a tainted one for their own, because they all love the touch of human skin. When pure ones pass through them, they feel as little as they do. When tainted ones touch them, it is warm and solid. Some consider the tainted ones gifts, some not only that: but toys as well. Also, they Fade on instinct when they sense danger, and they can sense other hunters.
• Do they have any weaknesses? Ridiculous ones: they can't go up above anything from the first floor. They're rooted to the ground most of the time, unless they grab on to a tainted one and get carried by them, and so the stairs that humans climb are nonexistent to them. However, in their house the floors on the upper level are embedded with clay and dirt so that they can go up there. Some hunters even tried inventing dirt composed shoes to wear that might help, but it's slightly disturbing to see homemade footwear walking around with no one in them; and because they don't trust pure ones and want nothing to be associated with them, they limit using the dirt shoes unless for extremely extreme emergencies only. Besides, to the hunters' (whom don't even have the cushion of air around them), the shoes are dreadfully heavy. Also, because air does not affect them: they cannot smell.
• What are their shared abilities with the tainted ones? The tainted ones can hear them, see them, and feel them, whether they like it or not. To the tainted ones, the hunters are just like other people, only not exactly, because no one else can hear them, see them or feel them. This, at times, causes the hunter to use the tainted one as a puppet to get things done---like walking on a second story floor or something of the like.
